Shipping Policy

Merchandise orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary by order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; InkMule is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
