Merchandise Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work at Big Easy Whiskey.

Returns

  • Merchandise Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bigeasyspirits.com

     with your order number.

Merchandise Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Merchandise Refunds

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your merchandise order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
